Hmm... so I have a thing for really cute shoes. Flats, pumps, sneakers, boots... whatever! If its cute I must own them. The problem is I buy a new pair of shoes every other week or every third week. Which makes for a rather LARGE shoe collection. I have over 100 pairs of shoes. Wait... here's the realllllly bad part... I wear maybe 4 pairs regularly. But at least I have a shoe for every occasion and outfit! LOL

I grew up in NYC. And, honestly, I think that was a plus and a ngeative. I am book smart and street smart and learned a lot about life that has made me stronger. But when I move to Conneticut, that might have been the best thing I could have ever done. Because I did it for my kids. Its a much better enviroment for them. I'm a city girl through and through and I'm still not used to living in the country but its so much better to raise a family and I'm glad I made this decision!

Time with my grandfather... hands down! He was the greatest man I have ever known and I don't feel I had enough time with him. I lost him at a point in my life when I needed him more then anyone else. Lossing him I lost a little of myself and made a lot of mistakes. It took my a long time to get my life back on track. But still... even just an hour with him would change my world forever!!!

Ok so it isn't popular now. But it was very popular in the early 90's. 'Word to ya mutha'!!! What the hell does that mean? If someone told me word to my 'mutha' I be confused as to if I should smack them or ask them which word exactly! It drove me nuts!!!

I hardly ever buy any indulgences. I usually stick to whatever is absolutely nessecary. But the few times I do indulge I usually buy chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. YUM!

Hmm... well lets see... 5 years ago I was 18. Working full time and going to school part time. So saturday night were either spent at shea stadium behind a concessions stand, at my friends house or at home studying. Now... saturday nights are spent at home watching movies with my kids and husband... geesh! I wasn't exciting then either! LOL

I swear by oxy clean! I use it as a stain remover on my sofa and carpet. And I always keep clorox wipes and lysol disinfectant spray handy too. Especially with 2 toddlers.

Well when I was 10 someone stole my mother camera from me at my elementary school prom. Though I felt like crap about it I think the most valuable things someone stole from me was a ring that used to be my grandmothers, my grandfathers coin collection, my daughters earrings that were a gift from her greatgrandmother and money from my kids piggy bank. If I can ever prove who it was I swear there will be all types of hell to pay!

I've become very good at picking myself up and trying again. But the one thing that I just can't do no matter how hard I tried was art. I'm artistic in other was ie. music and creative writting, but the actual drawing and painting thing still escapes me. I drew what I thought was a beautiful bird once. I was very proud of it. I put it on my fridge recently and my neices told me it looked like an old boot. It is now in my garbage. LOL

What's a leap of faith to you? Have you ever taken one?
Jumping into the unknown head first and with your heart in your hands. Never knowning if you are going to make it out unscathed or at all. Risking getting your heart broken and still leaping in. Afraid of failing but taking the chance because, hey, you might just succeed.
Everyone has taken a leap of faith at some point in their lives. Anyone who was scared to start that new job or go to that new school. Anyone who stood up for something they believed in. Anyone who has ever loved. It's the only part of life you can't escape from!
